Safe things to check first
- Check the water tap behind the machine is fully open.
- Clean the small pump filter at the bottom front, with a towel down for the water.
- Unplug for five minutes to reset a stuck program, then try a short rinse.

Do you repair washer-dryers too?
Yes. Drying faults are usually a heater, a fan or a blocked condenser, and we carry the common parts.
My machine shows an error code. What should I do?
Take a photo of the code and the model sticker and send it on WhatsApp. We can often tell you the likely fix before we visit.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs take under two hours on the first visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the price and date before we leave.
How much does a visit cost?
The visit and diagnosis charge is AED 99, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent, multi-brand repair company. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first.
