Safe things to check first
- Find your distribution board (DB) and note which breaker has tripped.
- Unplug everything on that circuit, then reset. If it trips with nothing plugged in, it's the wiring.
- Never open sockets or the DB yourself. Burning smell or heat: switch off and call.

Do you do full rewiring?
We handle repairs, replacements and small additions. Larger work in a building may need DEWA or building management approval, and we tell you when it does.
Can you hang heavy chandeliers?
Yes, with the right ceiling fixing. Tell us the weight when you book.
Is a tripping breaker dangerous?
It is the breaker doing its job. Don't keep resetting it. Book a check so we find the cause.
How much does a visit cost?
The visit and diagnosis charge is AED 99, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent, multi-brand repair company. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first.
