Safe things to check first
- Turn the AC off before removing a filter or opening a grille.
- Send photos of the indoor unit, vents and access panels so we bring the right covers and tools.
- If there is visible mould or a water leak, tell us before the visit so we can plan the clean safely.

Do you clean central and ducted AC?
Yes. We clean accessible vents, returns, indoor units and duct sections. Share photos and the number of vents so we can quote accurately.
Will duct cleaning make a mess?
We cover the work area and use controlled vacuuming and cleaning methods. We explain any access requirement before starting.
How often should ducts and vents be cleaned in Dubai?
Usually every 6 to 12 months, and sooner after renovation, visible dust build-up, bad smells or allergy complaints.
How much does a visit cost?
The visit and diagnosis charge is AED 99, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent, multi-brand repair company. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first.
