Safe things to check first
- Wash metal grease filters in hot soapy water every few weeks.
- Charcoal filters (recirculating hoods) need replacing, not washing.
- Switch off the hood's power before touching the filters.

How often should a kitchen hood be deep cleaned?
Every six months with daily cooking, more often with a lot of frying.
Can you install a new hood?
Yes, if the wall, cabinet and duct route allow it. Send a photo of the space on WhatsApp first.
Do you clean the duct too?
We clean the hood, fan and the reachable part of the duct. Long building ducts are cleaned by specialist duct teams.
How much does a visit cost?
The visit and diagnosis charge is AED 99, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent, multi-brand repair company. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first.
