Safe things to check first
- If you smell gas: turn off the gas supply, open windows, don't use switches, and call the building's emergency line or Dubai Civil Defence on 997.
- Let burner caps dry fully after cleaning before lighting again.
- For electric ovens, check the oven's breaker and clock setting; some ovens won't heat until the clock is set.

Do you repair built-in ovens?
Yes. We may need to slide the oven out of the cabinet, so please clear the area in front of it.
Can you convert or connect gas cookers?
Gas connections in buildings are controlled by the gas supplier and building management. We repair the appliance; for new connections we tell you who to contact.
My oven trips the power when it heats up. Is that serious?
It usually means an element has shorted. Leave it off and book a visit.
How much does a visit cost?
The visit and diagnosis charge is AED 99, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent, multi-brand repair company. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first.
